Application Instructions and Requirements

Instructions:

  1. Click the Sign Up Button at the bottom of this page
  2. Complete all required fields in the online registration process
  3. At the bottom of section 1, please enter referral code BDM001
  4. When you reach section 3 of the registration you will be asked to select which service you require, select PAYMATE ONLINE
  5. Once you have completed the online registration, email copies of the required documents listed below
  6. Complete and return the Card Access Services Vending application forms to your CAS account manager

To complete your online application, you’ll need:

ABN or ACN

You must have a valid Australian Business number or Company number

Bank Account Info

Account where we will deposit your money

After you have submitted your online application, you’ll need to email us scanned copies of the following documents to [email protected]:

Photo ID

Valid Passport or  Australian Driving Licence
null

2x Utility Bills

Dated within last 6 months, showing current residential address
null

Bank Statement

Dated within last 6 months, showing BSB, account number and account name

Evidence of Items being Sold

We need to verify the goods/services you provide. This can be in the form of your business website, your business facebook page, an invoice from your supplier or a photo of the stocked vending machine with the front panel opened and items clearly visible

Your application will be assessed and a member of our customer service team will be in touch with the outcome, please allow up to 1-2 business days for this process.
